Living imagination

The one that invades and fertilizes us

We’re talking about living imagination

The one that invades and fertilizes us

Of ideas and intuitions that have never been ours alone

Of dreams that have always been porous and situated

Sprouting from every seed

Under every stone

We speak of ecological imagination

The sacred immanence pulsating beyond words

The cloud whispers

The mountain stories

The trees songs

The cries of the deep

The moon phases

The body memories

The ground that speaks

The mythic imagination that was never only human

Always contaminated

Woven together with the territory and its multiple kin

With its phases and rhythms

Living imagination following the stories

Listening to the matrix

Unfolding and vibrating

The living imagination that was never ours

But to which we belong viscerally and unconditionally

Simply because we exist

[or on the arrogant and limited anthropocentrism that denies biological and metabolic entanglement, deluding itself that consciousness is exclusively human]
